16,000 people attended this thriving one-day Henley Show at Greenlands Farm, Hambleden RG9 3AS last year.

General information:
- Security is not available at the site. There is no water or mains electricity supply in the tents
- Entry from 8.00am on the morning of the Show
- Vehicles can be driven to the tents for unloading only and must then move directly to the free car parks adjacent to the tents
- All vehicles must be removed from the vicinity of the tents no later than 10am
- Generators – To comply with health and safety regulations exhibitors are not permitted to bring their own generators. The use of a site generator can be provided at a fee WATTAGE REQUIRED MUST BE NOTED ON THE APPLICATION FORM. Exhibitors are required to bring an extension lead of a reasonable length
- Insurance – exhibitors are required to ensure that they have the necessary insurance in order to exhibit andsell their products. Additionally H & DAA requires that exhibitors arrange their own insurance cover in respect of personnel, marquees, tents, equipment they have on their stand
- Health and safety – an abbreviated copy of the Show’s health and safety document will be sent to exhibitors with the Show passes. All exhibitors are required to read this document to comply with the safety requirements set out in the document. If you require a copy of the health and safety document prior to booking, or a copy of the full health and safety policy please contact the Show Secretary
- Spaces – are allocated on a ‘first come’ basis, early booking is therefore recommended
- Entry passes – are posted out in mid August
- Receipts – please include a s.a.e. with your application if you require a receipt

Trade Stands
General information:
- RATES: £7.00/Foot. Registered Charities £3.50 per foot
Minimum stand size is 15 feet frontage = £105.00
Fees are payable at the time of booking and are non-refundable
Post-dated cheques are not accepted

- SITES: All sites are 30 feet deep with a minimum of 15 feet frontage. It is essential to reserve sufficient space to allow for guy ropes and access for your vehicle behind the stand. The Trade Stand Organiser will allocate sites at her discretion, but will try to meet requests for specific locations on a first come, first served basis
- PARKING: There is a free car park adjacent to the Showground
- SERVICES: A limited water supply is available - please state if required. Exhibitors should make their own arrangements for electric power, however a qualified electrician will inspect generators and all electrical equipment on site. Generators must be adequately soundproofed. The organisers reserve the right to refuse to allow the use of any equipment that is deemed to be unsafe or too noisy. Please answer the questions regarding equipment and stand details on the application form
- PASSES: Each Exhibitor will receive 2 Showground passes and 1 Vehicle pass which will be posted prior to the Show. Additional showground passes can be purchased, cost - £8.00
- Vehicles will NOT be allowed on the Showground without a pre-booked pass.
- MACHINERY AND MOTOR DEALERS whose vehicles constitute a part of their exhibit should indicate how many passes are required on the application form
- SHOWGROUND ENTRY: The Showground will be open from Tuesday 4th September to allow exhibitors access to stands. No entry to the Showground after 7pm on the days prior to the Show. The Show starts at 8.30am and ends at 6.00pm Exhibitors must be ready by 9.30am.
- SOUVENIR PROGRAMME: The Henley Show Souvenir Programme lists all Exhibitors and includes a map of the Showground as well as informative editorial about the Show. You will enjoy greater prominence if you take an advertisement – contact us for more information
- SPONSORSHIP: Would you like to sponsor an event or class at the Show? This is a valuable and rewarding way of demonstrating your support of the Show with the added benefit of having your company name listed in the Show programme as a sponsor. For further information please tick the box on the application form
- BEST TRADE STAND CUP: A Trophy will be awarded to the Exhibitor who has a sound knowledge of their product or service combined with an eye-catching and well designed stand
PRIZE STALLS SUCH AS TOYS FOR TICKETS ARE NOT PERMITTED ON THE SHOWGROUND
