  • Sole use of private section of the Members Marquee
  • Guest badges for all employees, which entitles the wearers to entry to the Show and access to the Members Enclosure
  • 6 x parking spaces on the Show ground
  • On arrival unlimited tea and percolated coffee accompanied by home made biscuits and Danish Pastries
  • Cold buffet lunch
  • Afternoon tea served from 4.15pm, tea and percolated coffee accompanied by sandwiches, home made cakes, scones with jam with clotted cream
  • Additional parking – there is ample free parking in the field next to the Showground
  • Free minibus service, which runs throughout the day from both Henley (stops outside Boots, Bell Street) and Marlow (Platts Garage)

Award winning local chef, Paul Clerehugh (of the London Street Brasserie, Reading and the Crooked Billet, Stoke Row) will prepare the food. His suggested menu is shown below, but he would be delighted to discuss your specific requirements.

Cous cous, roast Mediterranean vegetables, harrisa
