Welcome to the Henley & District Agricultural Association, a charity dedicated to promoting and improving agriculture, horticulture and the breeding and rearing of livestock. To enable us to achieve our objectives we organise various events throughout the year.

The 2010 Henley Show takes place on Saturday 11th September at Greenlands Farm, Hambleden RG9 3AS. The main attraction this year will be Joseph’s Amazing Camels who will entertain the crowd in the Main Ring during the afternoon.

Other attractions include:

  • Richard Savory’s ever-Popular Sheep Show with the dancing sheep are back this year! They will be located in the Village Green and will give four displays during the day
  • Back by popular demand, Jan Prymaka and the JRCS Falconry Display Team. Jan and his skilled team of handlers will perform two displays during the day.  Additionally they will also have a static display on site and are willing to answer any questions you may have about their wonderful birds
  • Game Goer - demonstrating the skills of the working gun dog
  • The “Food and Farming” Marquee - an educational interactive display and exhibition which aims to educate children about how food is grown reaches the table. Come and try your hand at milking “Delilah” the wooden cow, and watch a real cow being milked, learn about grains, take part in the quiz, bake a biscuit. Plenty to entertain and educate the whole family.
